IBT provides training and build networks for Chinese woman-led technology enterprises, with a primary focus on female founders, C-level female executives, and teams looking for female co-founders.

At Opportunity Hack, IBT is interested in developing a tool to identify, define, refine, and answer problems entrepreneurs face, and then connect them to mentors and advisers interested in their space.
